Sheet Steel

We manufacture switchboards out of Electro Galvanized sheet steel procured from premium mills like CREMER STEEL-Germany, HYSCO-Korea. These materials are procured directly from the mill thereby ensuring quality Electro Galvanized sheet steel. For the gulf climatic conditions, it is desirable to have panels made out of Electro Galvanized sheet steel as they withstand corrosion and sand blasting affect in the gulf climatic condition.

Mig Welding

The welding on the panels is done using Mig welding which again ensures that there are no air pockets in the welding which can burst during extreme summer.

Pretreatment

We have Seven Tank dip type pretreatment process which ensures proper pretreatment to enhance corrosion resistance of panels.

Powder Coating / Painting

After pretreatment, the panels are Powder coated in our state-of-the-art Powder Coating booths and Oven baked at 250°C. This ensures no rusting and scratch resistant painting of panels.

Copper process

We use 99.99% pure copper thereby ensuring proper conductivity. The copper is processed in our state-of-the-art in-house copper processing machines procured from Germany. These purpose built machines ensure proper process of busbars.

Assembly

We have full-fledged Assembly unit equipped with pneumatic supply and torque wrenches to ensure proper assembly of the panels.

Routine Testing

We have all facilities as per IEC standards to do routine testing on all our panels

HV Test Kit available for conducting HV Test up to 100 KV
