The value addition of this team as a part of the supply chain is providing pre-bid support at tendering stage, finalising procurement, optimizing inventory and managing overall logistics of the material and services to our various sites.

Al Hassan has an integrated database of over 500 vendors providing materials of different nature like Project materials, Capital items, Tools & Tackles and consumables running into over 50,000 line items. AHEC being an ISO 9001:2000 certified company has a structured approach in placing orders, receiving and certifying materials and making payments to its suppliers for correct supplies made within the delivery schedule.

AHEC employs state-of-the-art procurement strategies like e-procurement which contribute to reducing time, effort and operating expenses.

AHEC welcomes manufacturers of engineered items in Mechanical, Electrical, Process Control & Instrumentation products, equipment and services to register them as approved vendors of AHEC by submitting their PQ documents for evaluation.
